NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EUROPEAN REGULATION 679/2016

 Dear User, this page describes how the website https://www.relyconsulting.it (hereinafter the "Web Site" or "Portal") will process your personal data.

This Privacy Policy also indicates the general principles to which the RELY Consulting di Marco Crippa (hereinafter also simply RELY Consulting) is inspired by the data processing. Anyway, those specific conditions and disclosures that have been established for particular process rising from contractual relationships already established with RELY Consulting, remain unaffected.

 

Therefore, we would like to inform you that your personal data, collected as result of a request for information and/or other provision of data (for example, spontaneous job applications or commercial requests) on the web site, will be processed by RELY Consulting in full compliance with current legislation for the protection of personal data, the General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR (hereafter GDPR).

Pursuant to Art. 13 of the GDPR, and in relation to personal data that will be processed by RELY CONSULTING, we inform you as follows:

  • Type of Data and Data collection mode

1a) Browsing data

The information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate the web site https://www.relyconsulting.it of RELY CONSULTING di Marco Crippa  acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols (for example the IP addresses and/or the domain names of the computers and terminal equipment used by any user, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of such requests, the method used for submitting a given request to the server, returned file size, a numerical code relating to server response status - successfully performed, error -, and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment). Furthermore, data and information are acquired regarding ways used to navigate the site (e.g. categories of services visited, pages visited, etc.).

These data are not the subject of automated process (profiling) and are used in order to obtain statistical information not associated with any user and to check functioning of the services. These data are deleted immediately after processing. Data, however, could also be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the Web Site.

1b) Data communicated by users

To this category of data belong the personal data already spontaneously transmitted by the data owner (or user) to the Data Controller during commercial contacts or by email, post, visits to the RELY Consulting offices, meetings, events, conferences, etc. or through other communication tools.

To the same category belong the personal data possibly communicated for requests of information by filling in contact forms that may be present on the website https://www.relyconsulting.it. Please note that no personal data are required with regard to the navigation and consultation of the website. However, any contacts with RELY Consulting through the explicit and spontaneous sending of messages, by e-mail or traditional, to the contact details of RELY Consulting indicated on the website, entail the subsequent acquisition of the address, including e-mail, of the sender or of the related telephone numbers, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the relevant communications. These data will be used for the sole purpose of following up the user's request and may be disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose.

 

  • Purpose of processing personal data

The processing of personal data is aimed at providing information services and used in relation to the collection of spontaneous job applications. In particular, personal data will be processed in order to:

  1. a) execute a service or other operations requested and, subject to your consent, propose additional services activated at the same time as your registration;
  2. b) carry out personnel selection activities, implemented by means of analysis and evaluation of your curriculum vitae;
  3. c) subject to your consent, communicate commercial information related to new offers of products and services of RELY CONSULTING by telephone, mail, e-mail, SMS, and possibly to verify customer satisfaction levels regarding the same products and services.

Personal data will be processed primarily in electronic format. However, processing in paper format may exist as regards transmitted curriculum vitae. The data will be processed using the tools and manner strictly necessary for the purposes indicated above.

 

  • Data providing

With the exception of what specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide or not the personal data requested, but failure to provide it could make it impossible for RELY CONSULTING to provide the services above mentioned.

 

  • Data retention

Personal data subject to processing, for the purposes described above and where consent is given, will be retained for the following period:

  • execution of a service or other agreed transactions, such as the provision of information or spontaneous job applications, free of charge for the interested party: 3 years
  • execution of supplementary services and communication of commercial information, free of charge for the data subject: 3 years

At the end of the retention period, the data, either electronically or in paper form, will be physically destroyed and no longer recoverable. Beyond the indicated retention period, RELY CONSULTING will no longer be able to perform any processing and/or service operations, including guaranteeing the exercise of rights of the Interested party (see the Rights of the interested party section).

 

  • Processing Method

The Data processing will be handled by persons duly trained by RELY CONSULTING, and processed with the adoption of operations or a set of operations suitable to ensure appropriate security of your Data. The Data processing consist of: collection, registration, organization, structuring, storing, adjustment or modification, consulting, elaborating, modifying, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication via transmission, dissemination or any other form of commissioning provision, limitation, deletion and destruction of data, or by combination of two or more activities as above. However, the automated tools have neither characteristics nor purposes aimed at the automatic profiling of data subjects.

 

  • Legal basis of the processing

 RELY CONSULTING processes your personal data lawfully, where the processing:

  • is necessary for the execution of the requested information or for purposes indicated in section 2a) and 2b) ('Purpose of processing personal data')
  • is based on expressed consent, for all the processing referred in section 2c) of the paragraph 'Purpose of processing personal data'

 RELY CONSULTING may eventually disclose your data to third parties only following your specific request and consent, for example in the case of requests for information and in-depth studies which may require the involvement of other companies. In these cases, the third party recipients, in their turn independent Data Controllers, will process your data as Data Processors of RELY CONSULTING.

Personal data is stored on servers located in the following EU and non-EU countries:

  • Italy - IT (EU): e-mail and file server;
  • United States - US (non-EU): web traffic analysis

Personal Data will not subject to dissemination.
